Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the OrbitFinance platform ("Service") operated by OrbitFinance ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

By accessing or using the OrbitFinance platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. OrbitFinance does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All investment decisions are made solely by you, and you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for any gains or losses resulting from your use of the Service. We strongly recommend that you consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or other means to access the Service without our express written permission.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OrbitFinance and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both domestic and foreign jurisdictions. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of OrbitFinance.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless applicable laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OrbitFinance, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Loss of cryptocurrency or digital assets due to market volatility, technical issues, or any other cause.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to OrbitFinance in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, any outstanding balances will be handled in accordance with our withdrawal policies, subject to applicable regulatory requirements and verification procedures.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OrbitFinance is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within the applicable jurisdiction for the purpose of litigating any claims or disputes that are not subject to arbitration. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account.
